About the Ember

The Ember is designed to work as a stand alone, light-bearing, ambidextrous holster for use with either the Sig P365/365X/365XL or Glock G43x/G43/G48 with a Streamlight TLR-7-sub light.

Your Ember holster comes with a DCC Monoblock, attachment hardware and may come with the optional DCC Mod4 1.5in attachment kit. Please follow these simple instructions to properly assemble your Ember and contact us if you have any questions.

IWB/AIWB Assembly Instructions

Monoblock (Standard)

Included hardware:

  • DCC Monoblock
  • 1/4in Flat head truss screws (2x)
  • 1/4in Rubber washers (2x)
  • 1/4in Screw posts (2x)

Step 1: Determine “Right Hand” or “Left Hand”. If Left, start here.

Step 2: Insert the screw posts through the holster from the inside (top slots for deep conceal).

Step 3: Use the rubber washers to “capture” the ends of the screw posts so that they don’t fall back out

Step 4: Lay the Monoblock over top of the rubber washers

Step 5: Insert Flat Head Truss screws through Monoblock and tighten

Dual DCC Mod4 1.5in (Optional)

Included hardware:

  • DCC Mod4 1.5in (2x)
  • 1/4in Flat head truss screws (4x)
  • 1/8in Rubber washers (4x)
  • 3/16in Screw posts (4x)

Step 1: Determine “Right Hand” or “Left Hand”. If Left, start here.

Step 2: Attach DCC Mod4 clips to lower attachment holes using included hardware.

Left Handed Setup

Modwing

The first step to setting up your Ember for left-handed carry is to switch the installed ‘Modwing’ to the left-hand setup.

  1. Remove the Modwing from your Ember holster
  2. Remove screw posts and insert them through the holster from the opposite side
  3. Disassemble your Modwing and re-install the “insert” from the opposite side
  4. Insert the eyelets into the Modwing (from the opposite side as originally inserted)
  5. Re-attach the Modwing to the Ember holster (from the opposite side as originally installed)

 

Belt Attachments

With the Modwing installed for left-handed carry you are now able to install your belt attachment hardware. Follow the guides (above) using the opposite/reverse side.
